Ryan Freedman, CEO, shares his investment outlook and how the developer has managed implementing tech.

Corigin is a resi developer, owner and operator of real estate across the US and Canada. Seven years ago, Freedman founded the ventures side of the business to enable a unique role, to take innovations and test them throughout the real estate cycle pre- and post-investment.

The firm has a $40m fund up for grabs, and is looking to raise a $100m fund by the end of 2020.
