More than 200 professionals from property and tech came together at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel in London for a lively evening of celebration and networking.

The event and Prize was held in association with PlaceTech partners, Mills & Reeve, Node and Bruntwood Works.
Guests attended from companies including Colliers, Legal & General, Equiem, Concrete VC, Iceni Projects, District, Derwent London, JLL, Knight Frank, Matterport, Arup, Avison Young, Cushman & Wakefield, U+I, Toolbox Group, CBRE, Lockton, Altus Group, Savills, LandInsight, CallisonRTKL, Naismiths, DMDModular, Hollis, Coyote, Transport for London, BidX1, Forge and many more.
The guests were kept entertained by singer-guitarist Modupe Obasola, four-piece band All The Feels Collective, a PlaceTech-branded Scalextric and a classic photo booth.
Development site appraisal tool, Urban Intelligence, and property management system, Fixflo, were crowned winners of this year’s PlaceTech Startup Prize and PlaceTech Prize.
Mike Edge, partner at Mills & Reeve, presented the PlaceTech Startup Prize to Urban Intelligence. Urban Intelligence’s analytics software SiteScore allows users to explore thousands of sites for their development potential, based on individual characteristics and capacity.

Doug Ward, co-CEO of Node, presented the PlaceTech Prize to Fixflo, which enables tenants to report repairs for their property via a smartphone or computer. Property managers can manage work orders, schedule planned maintenance, contact landlords and instruct contractors in one central hub.
