Target | Landlords and building managers.
Challenge | There is currently a shift happening within real estate because of people wanting more from their buildings. It’s no longer the case of just providing spaces to rent, it’s about providing an experience to go along with that.
Whether it is residential or offices, more is wanted from landlords and with the war for talent, companies are wanting spaces that are desirable, interactive and can keep their employees happy.
Solution | Spaceflow was created in response to this, to partner with building owners that want to provide a different experience for those in their properties.
With branches in London, Prague, New York and Munich, the startup provides a global community platform and local community management to try and transform physical buildings into a human experience.
Users have access to amenities, services and community life through the mobile app with access for local retailers to offer their services directly to their target audience.
The app acts as a ‘digital concierge’ and users can book meeting rooms, organise car shares, rent bikes, get building information, order food, take part in community events and much more.
Clients can choose to have Spaceflow community managers to help build relationships with tenants, create content in the platform, co-organise events and connect to suppliers.
Landlords and owners can make better decisions with analytics gathered from app usage and provide new revenue streams – for example by booking out meeting rooms that previously would have gone unused and monetising services such as laundry.
Clients | The platform is currently active in over 20 buildings and clients of Spaceflow include: various student accommodation in Twickenham including Amro Vantage; Austrian real estate company, CA Immo; Polish developer, Karimpol; Slovakia’s leading real estate company, J&T and Mint Investments.
Towards the end of October, Spaceflow will be launching in more offices and student housing which altogether will total to 1,184,000 square feet.
