Office App picks up Chiswick Park brief
Global workspace operating platform, Office App, has replaced District Technologies at the large business estate in West London.
The deal, won through competitive tender, will see the roll-out of its technology across the 1.8m sq ft park, upgrading the daily workplace experience for more than 10,000 employees.
Chiswick Park, which is home to 70 companies, including Paramount Pictures, Starbucks and Danone, will now have access to a range of amenities and services to enhance wellbeing, on-site guest experience and back-to-work requirements, using the new Enjoy Work app, powered by Office App.
Office App claims to set itself apart by providing more integrations with product and service partners than any other firm in the market, including F&B retailers, wellbeing operators, visitor experience, wayfinding, desk booking and many more. The park’s guests will access this suite of features and services to improve their experience when working on-site or remotely.
Iain Thompson, co-founder of Office App said: “At a time of tremendous change in real estate, we are thrilled to partner with the Chiswick Park team. At Office App we have been quietly building our technology and raft of integration partners to enhance the experience for tenants no matter where they are working. The growing shift towards remote working plays to our strengths, and depending on occupier requirements and needs, we can easily deploy the right suite of services to improve their employee wellbeing, engagement and convenience.”
Matt Coulson, CEO of Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work, said: “We are constantly looking for ways to improve the lives of our guests and we will look to integrate the app platform into different areas of the campus to achieve this. From car parking to building access, our plan is to integrate our hardware with the app platform to create a seamless guest experience.”
