VZ employs GBuilder visualisation for off-plan sales
More than 70% of the 30 apartments under construction at Treasure House in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter have sold thanks partly to GBuilder’s bespoke 3D application to assist buyers in their purchase.
The buyer can walk through the apartment, add furniture, look at material options and check layout.
Treasure House is an upmarket residential development located in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. The apartments are being sold off plan through agents Connells and Martin & Co with marketing support from Barques.
The team has looked to address viewing issues using bespoke 3D software. GBuilder provides a BIM 3D model of each apartment and full internal specification.
Buyers get access via an app to the 3D model which can be used to inform their purchase decision, monitor progress and assist with handover and snagging post completion.
The system provides added service to customers in line with their information needs post pandemic where travel and site access are limited.
