Vinci Immobilier’s startup strategy
Vinci Immobilier, a subsidiary of Vinci Group and a main player in real estate development in France, has launched its own investment company dedicated to real estate startups.
The announcement of the Vinci Immobilier Corporate Fund Venture was made at MIPIM Proptech Europe 2019. The fund will finance startups that are developing technologies to improve areas within the company such as development and asset management.
PlaceTech caught up with Diego Harari, director of innovation and sustainable development at Vinci Immobilier, in Paris to find out more about the firm’s road to innovation, the challenges along the way, and its strategy for working with startups.
