UKPA relaunches with eyes on ‘huge potential’
The UK PropTech Association celebrated its relaunch after the FUTURE: PropTech conference in London last night. The relaunch involves a range of new membership options for the wider property industry and aims to promote greater engagement between proptech and property companies to encourage greater levels of collaboration and innovation.
Sammy Pahal, managing director of UKPA, addressed guests at the after show party about the role she hopes the organisation can play. The membership options for the wider property industry include both free and paid levels designed to encourage businesses to work more closely with innovators and learn more about the opportunities technology provides.
UK PropTech Association membership will also offer enhanced benefits to proptechs including; a wider range of events, greater collaboration opportunities and a range of member discounts.
Matt Partridge, CEO of Infabode and chairman of UKPA, said: “There are huge potential opportunities for both proptech companies and the wider property industry through collaboration and digital transformation. Our new strategy and membership packages are designed to create a real community, leverage the knowledge and skills of our members and open up mutually beneficial businesses opportunities as well as access to investment.
“The message is that proptech provides great opportunities for everyone and we’re looking for as many businesses as possible from the proptech community and the wider property industry to join us in order to progress opportunities and share these benefits.”
