Spaciable sets sights on high speed conveyancing
The residential platform has launched Spaciable Legal to accelerate the conveyancing process and cut completion times by more than a quarter.
Created in partnership with completion platform WeComplete, Spaciable Legal takes conveyancing online, offering buyers a single platform where they have access to each stage of the process, thereby minimising what can be costly delays.
Queries, quotes, anti-money laundering checks, contract exchanges and payments can all be stored and accessed on the platform. With in-built automation, the platform offers instant title information and a quicker return of searches to fast-track conveyancing from start to finish.
Spaciable said the software has enabled cases to complete on average 28% faster than the national average, with many taking as little as 28 days, and reduced fall-throughs by 75%.

The addition of Spaciable Legal bolsters the platform’s digital concierge style service for the residential customer journey. Spaciable provides services for both property professionals and residents, with specific features for homeowners, landlords and tenants, estate and managing agents and developers. The platform holds plot-specific data and support features, including a bespoke document library, FAQs, articles, email updates and a key contact directory.
