Quintain picks first CTO

The BTR developer has announced the appointment of Jim Eaton-Terry as its first chief technology officer to integrate technology systems, create end-to-end development and leasing systems and to support the company’s ambitious plans for growth in London, the UK and internationally.

Quintain is one of the UK’s largest developers and Build to Rent operators, responsible for London’s Wembley Park neighbourhood creating 8,500 homes, retail, leisure, offices and cultural sites across 85 acres.

In this new role, Eaton-Terry will bring together the integrated Wembley Park fibre network, Quintain’s ambitious building information modelling data capabilities and Quintain Living’s digital marketing, leasing and customer engagement platforms.

The resulting end-to-end technology and innovation function will develop new ways to engage existing and potential residents, maximise efficiency, safety and sustainability of building operations and establish new revenue lines.

Eaton-Terry joins Quintain with a wealth of digital experience across a variety of sectors, having built IT strategy and delivery teams for organisations including the British Museum, Flybe, Clarks, Premier Inn and, most recently led the creation of a new technology platform for The Collective’s Canary Wharf development.
