PlaceTech conferences for the remainder of the year will be delivered virtually using a powerful new events platform to maximise networking and market intelligence.
Paul Unger, publisher and founder, said: “Due to the ongoing health concerns and volume of readers working from home we felt the best route was to go fully digital for the rest of the year.
“Applying the usual Place innovation and excellent service was essential – resulting in an upgrade from Zoom to a new platform called Remo for the autumn. We’re really looking forward to bringing people together again in a format closer to the experience of physical events.”
- Moving freely between ‘tables’ for better networking
- Private messaging and sharing digital business cards
- Flexible content sharing of live, recorded, and downloadable presentations
- Showcase area for sponsors
- And much more…
Autumn conferences will be in a longer format than Place’s previous virtual events held during recent months. Space has been created for networking and there are more opportunities to engage with speakers and sponsors, enabling business discussions to take place and keeping the region’s property community moving.
Unger continued: “We have had consistently high attendances, at an average of 340 people registered, for each of our digital conferences so far. Remo is a way of building on that to deliver more of a real-life experience for our attendees as they ease back into the workplace.”
Tickets for autumn events are priced at £25+VAT. Attendees who booked for the physical format will be refunded the difference between physical and virtual formats if attending the virtual event, and will be refunded in full if they wish to cancel their place at the new format.
