Paragon and NODE strike strategic partnership
Paragon, one of the UK’s largest independent building and project management consultancies, has agreed a strategic partnership with proptech connectivity expert NODE.
The relationship will see clients provided with independent fibre consultancy as a new component in Paragon’s due diligence reporting. The output will document any property’s connectivity provision and put forward recommendations for improvement to maximise asset performance.
NODE promotes best-in-class digital infrastructure, resilience and customer experience through supplier-neutral fibre networks. Its approach to designing managed solutions removes the requirement for wayleaves, expedites tenant connections and reduces business risk to the end user. Paragon clients will benefit from independent NODE recommendations on optionality for delivering fibre and implementing WiredScore requirements.
James Onions of Paragon comments: “Paragon has always embraced ground-breaking technology and we are proud to be the first UK building consultancy to offer this new independent service to our clients. We are innovative and dynamic in our approach, having led the market by introducing drone surveying. We are delighted to announce an exclusive partnership with NODE to bring digital technology solutions to our clients across the UK.”
Christian Anderton, advising principal at NODE, said: “Paragon continues to demonstrate its creative approach to commercial advisory and is exactly the type of forward-thinking business NODE is looking to align with as the brand grows. Investment in connectivity de-risks occupational strategy and can be structured to generate fibre based operational revenue to enhance investor returns. Access to this information through Paragon standard reporting will change the game, providing stakeholders with a simplified blueprint to an asset’s potential in this space.”
