Node renews PlaceTech partnership
Node, which provides hassle-free internet connectivity for buildings, has renewed its annual partnership with PlaceTech to jointly deliver marketing activity aimed at promoting innovation in the property industry.
Doug Ward, co-founder of Node, said: “Fresh off the back of completing the best-connected Grade A office building in the UK [50-60 Station Road in Cambridge for Aviva] we are excited for the next phase of Node.

Manchester-based Node is already used by Schroders, ALL+, Fore Partnership, and Allied London across 30-plus buildings totaling 10m sq ft and with a combined valued of £1bn.
Node works by pre-connecting broadband services into a development. When tenants move in they can select the provider they want on the Node portal. This avoid the costly and time-consuming frustration of wayleave agreements to grant access for engineers into a building after taking occupation.
The Annual Partnership package allows businesses to benefit from PlaceTech’s dedicated platform and global reach, through event sponsorship, advertising, content marketing, event tickets, podcasts, webinars, direct mail and more.
Mills & Reeve and Bruntwood Works are also annual partners with PlaceTech.
