The 3D capture technology and data company has welcomed Nick Samuels as strategic operational director to support its expansion across Europe.
Samuels joins Matterport from investment company Property Hub where he was sales and growth manager. He previously spent 14 years at residential agency Foxton, where has was head of property services before becoming operations director and head of expansion.
Matterport’s EMEA hiring spree also included:
- Espen Roisland, business development director, who joins from cloud technology company Appirio where he was head of Google sales. Previously, he has been building out enterprise business for companies including Oracle, Google, HP and Forrester Research
- Ross Macdonald, who is taking on the role of sales manager after eight years at information technology provider SoftwareOne, where he was sales leader
- Louise O’Grady, sales operations manager, joins from Seatgeek, the mobile ticketing marketplace, where she was sales operations manager. Before that she spent five years at Amazon in similar roles
- Remi le Roy will be Matterport’s French-speaking sales associate, bringing his experience as French account manager at air treatment provider Munters
