International real estate advisor Savills has launched its Savills Insights app in Italy. The instant, two-way communication app is provided by leading global proptech company, Mallcomm, which supported the Savills team with the successful launch. The proptech trailblazer is focused on increasing its market share in the Italian market.
The platform, which can be adapted to the specific needs of each location it is deployed in, was launched in Centro Leonardo shopping centre, Rome.
Despite the current global situation, the Mallcomm team were able to run a part-digital, part on-site launch which achieved a 98% uptake with tenants. Tenants are now able to communicate with the centre team in a much more efficient way and many core centre functions will be streamlined as they are digitised following the introduction of the platform.
While contributing to environmental responsibility by reducing paper communications, the centre team will experience increased tenant engagement as the platform facilitates sharing digital updates about promotions, events and centre operations. whilst enabling more effective operations of cleaning, security and maintenance.
