The global property advisor has partnered with flexible office provider Work.Life to launch managed workspace solution, Yours.
Yours is aimed at landlords who wish to provide a customer centric and capex efficient managed solution, but don’t have the capability to take on the operational burden.
The platform hopes to streamline the delivery of resalable workspaces by offering a suite of ongoing services to businesses, including access to Work.Life’s network of coworking spaces.
Work.Life has over 3,000 members across nine coworking spaces in Fitzrovia, Soho Hammersmith, London Fields, Camden, Clerkenwell, Bermondsey, Reading and Manchester.

Landlords can continue to market conventional leases in parallel and only where Yours sources a business for the solution is any capital committed.
