A new platform, Equiem One, combines all the tenant experience, operations and data analytics tools that Equiem offers into a single product.
The launch comes a year after the company bought Vicinitee, a UK building operations platform used in some of the country’s most recognisable offices, such as the Gherkin.
“Since then, we’ve been hard at work to integrate the two platforms, alongside a robust data and analytics suite, into a single interface for building managers, asset managers, workplace managers and employees,” said Gabrielle McMillan, CEO of Equiem.
Calling it “the next great leap in workplace experience”, Equiem designed Equiem One to be fully customisable, ensuring that users see only the features relevant to them.
For example, portfolio managers will be able to access asset performance data and get insights into what their tenants want or need. Workplace managers will be able to eliminate manual processes.
Meanwhile, employees will get a workplace experience platform where they can access health and wellness programmes, events, space bookings, hybrid work settings and more.
“Regardless of your role within the workplace ecosystem, you’ll have a more powerful, more convenient tool at your disposal. The ability to view everything important to your role in a single hub gives you a crystal ball into the very heart of your asset,” Equiem said in a blog post following the announcement.

British Land recently rolled out Equiem across two of its major London campuses, the 32-acre Broadgate development next to Liverpool Street station, and Paddington Central, the 11-acre campus that sits beside the Grand Union Canal and Paddington station.

Alongside the Equiem One announcement, Equiem also reported a record sales quarter with more than 100 new building contracts closed in large part due to the Equiem One product plan.
