The fast-growing tenant community platform has added respected proptech commentator and advisor Antony Slumbers, and Linda J Isaacson, director of business intelligence at First American Title, to its advisory board.
The pair will help provide Equiem’s leadership team with “strategic guidance, particularly in relation to the company’s ongoing global expansion, as well as advising on both new and existing product lines.”
Gabrielle McMillan, CEO of Equiem, commented: “The additions of both Antony and Linda to our advisory board mark another hugely exciting moment in the life of our company. Securing the backing of two of the world’s leading proptech experts is a real testament to both the strength of our existing technology and services, as well as the vast potential of Equiem in the coming few years.
McMillan added: “With Linda joining our advisory board we are making a clear commitment to growing our world-leading data analytics offer, which already provides clients with invaluable, strategic insights into the behaviours and needs of their occupiers and is a hugely important and growing focus for our team. Alongside Linda’s expertise, Antony’s globally renowned knowledge and passion for space-as-a-service will prove indispensable as we continue to lead the way in providing landlords with unrivalled, frictionless technology to meet the changing needs of today’s occupiers.”
The announcement follows the recent appointments of Jon Lesquereux as regional head for Asia Pacific and Deborah Greenwood-Smith as chief operating officer, as Equiem continues to grow its position as one of the leaders in the emerging tenant experience services market.
The company is expected to announce a range of new product lines and features on its app throughout 2019. The app is already used by over 137,000 people, working in 8,900 companies across 60m sq ft of commercial space worldwide.
