Investor platform Jasper has raised $2.3m in its funding round led by investment and asset management company M7 Real Estate.
The platform allows investors to purchase fractional ownership in commercial properties and a digital blockchain papertrail.
The company is set to launch its product in New Zealand and Australia this year and has planned expansion for Asia Pacific, Europe and the US in the next three years.
Jasper aims to use the funds to expand its engineering capacity, grow its acquisitions team and speed up licensing applications.
LiveLead, an online lead generation system which aims to help SMEs access business opportunities, has secured £250,000 from NPIF Mercia Equity Finance.
The company compiles lists of tenders from over 500 portals along with planning applications from almost every local authority across the UK. It alerts firms to developments in the pipeline and is used by clients in construction, electrical, and other contractual positions along with web developers and marketing firms in property.
This investment is to be used to create five new jobs, develop the platform, and further market its services.

Tech-enabled real estate brokerage platform Square Yards raised $20m led by Bennet Coleman & Co.
Investors also included real estate company Genkai Capital, the founders of Singaporean property portal Property Guru, Steve Melhuish and Janu Rautainen, and the ex-chairman of Singtel and DBS Koh Boon Hwee. Some existing investors also partook.
Recently Square Yards launched an AI-enabled enterprise technology solution called Edge which helps developers and large brokerage houses in their sales and distribution markets across India and another 10 countries.
Square Yards is set to use the funds to expand geographically from its Indian base and upgrade its technology offer.
Workplace service and communications platform Beekeeper has raised $45m in its Series B funding round co-led by Thayer Ventures and Swisscanto Invest by Zürcher Kantonalbank.
Investment also came from previous backers Alpana Ventures, Atomico, Edenred Capital Partners, Fyrfly Venture Partners, Hammer Team, Investiere, HighSage Ventures, Keen Venture Partners, Samsung NEXT, Swiss Post and Swisscom.
Beekeeper is currently used by Hyatt Hotels, MAPP and Heathrow Airport.
The Switzerland based company is set to use the funding to expand its offering with new app features and customisation options.
