The real estate giant has selected a white label flexible office provider to operate its 60,000 sq ft flex space at London’s Aldgate Tower.

Highlighting its focus on tenant experience, Brookfield said it “made perfect sense” to partner with infinitSpace, founded by ex-WeWork MD Wybo Wijnbergen in late 2020, at the Grade-A site.

infinitSpace will operate three floors of flex space under Brookfield’s Beyond brand and will also offer:

  • A tenant experience app
  • A community team
  • IT support and ultra-fast wi-fi
  • Services such as barista coffee, phone booths and breakout and event spaces

The partnership marks the operator’s debut in the UK capital.

Wijnbergen called infinitSpace “human-centric”, adding that workspaces have to give people a reason to travel to the office.

He said: “Since the start of the pandemic, flexible working has become the norm for many businesses.

“This means they need flexible spaces to work in – ones that can be accessed around the clock, are optimised with technology and provide and provide an exceptional experience to inspire people to travel to a place of work.”

Beyond Aldgate Tower will open in March 2022. Following the partnership, infinitSpace said it will launch further locations in the coming months, including another under the Beyond brand.

Martin Wallace, senior vice president, leasing, at Brookfield, said: “We are always focused on creating a great experience for our tenants, so the partnership with infinitSpace made perfect sense.

“Spread across three floors, Beyond Aldgate Tower will not only serve new occupiers that are seeking an amazing, flexible workspace, it will also provide new opportunities for our current tenants.”
