Bridget Wilkins joins Built-ID from CBRE
Wilkins, a member of CBRE’s UK Innovation Board and associate director in the London development team, has been appointed as director of community engagement at the building database company.
This isn’t the first move the market has seen from big advisory firm into a tech supplier. Eden Dwek left his real estate innovation role at KPMG to join broadband rating firm WiredScore in April.
Wilkins began her career at CBRE’s Brisbane branch in 2013 as an analyst, before moving to London as a senior surveyor in 2016.
In her most recent role, Wilkins was directly involved in providing specialist market advice and commentary to inform the viability and delivery of mixed use development schemes, across Central London and major regional locations.
Found in 2015 by Savannah de Savary, Built-ID is an online platform showcasing global real estate projects. It connects real estate developers with consultants and local communities, and provides community engagement tools.
Wilkins is also involved in the Urban Land Institute UK Tech Forum, CBRE UK Charitable Trust, Peer 20 Mentoring Group and Raise Your Hands Startup Charity.
