  • Adam Penkala, chief operating officer, Velis Real Estate Tech. The firm uses sensors and Internet of Things technology to automate management of commercial and industrial properties
  • Anna Tryfon-Bojarska, innovation manager, Skanska. Using Microsoft HoloLens smart glasses, the company presented a hologram of Generation Park, Skanska’s largest office complex in Central and Eastern Europe currently under development
  • Emil Kaminski, research and innovation manager, Ghelamco. Ghelamco is currently working on its largest project in Poland so far with three buildings making up ‘The Warsaw HUB’, which aims to be a technologically advanced complex that supports both corporates and startups on completion
  • Anna Walkowska, co-founder, ProperGate. The logistics management startup is currently piloting in Dubai and Rabat, and taking part in construction firm BESIX Group’s acceleration program.
  • Ewelina Woźniak-Szpakiewicz, CEO, DMDModular. The Poland-based company is involved with building the tallest modular hotel in New York for hotel giant Marriott
  • Przemysław Pączek, CEO, Hyper Poland. Founded in 2015, the team of engineers has been working to bring the hyperloop transport concept to Poland
  • Uwe Klatt, director of Central Europe, Disruptive Technologies. The building sensor maker used to monitor condition of properties is now shipping 20,000 units a month

This half-day event is due to take place at The Heart, Warsaw Spire on Tuesday 25 June 2019, starting from 8am.
