We are looking for a top-performing, quota-crushing Senior Business Development Manager to join our team leading partnerships with commercial real estate owners/operators in the UK. Ritual helps commercial real estate owners enable world class food and beverage experiences for office workers and generate sales growth for restaurant tenants. The right person will have a strong balance of sales, analytical and strategic skills, combined with the ability to self-direct in a collaborative work environment.
You’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through successful development of new partner deals and by providing input on marketing, product, and operations to ensure our partnership programs are successful. You’ll work with internal and external leadership teams to establish objectives/targets, maintain current forecasts and deliver on the business goals for Ritual and our partners. Maintain accurate forecasting and analysis on the health of business through Salesforce.

Proven track record of success achieving or exceeding sales/business development targets.
Strong people skills, ability to develop relationships with key internal and external contacts, and work well with a team.

Experience selling to stakeholders in commercial real estate, including SaaS / Proptech or leasing is considered a strong benefit.
