Who you are

You have several years of experience within a customer facing role and you’re comfortable with managing clients independently and able to create a partnership with clients.

What you will be responsible for

  • Accountable for the entire post-sales process where you drive added value throughout the customer journey
  • Define customer on objectives, goals and metrics and ensure this is met by excellent project management
  • Be the trusted advisor and consult the customer based on industry knowledge and data
  • Detect churn and deploy strategies for churn mitigation
  • Power the growth of your portfolio by creating upsell opportunities

The qualities we’re looking for

  • At least 4 years of client facing experience (customer success management, relationship management, project management, consultancy or partnership experience is a plus)
  • Experience in building relationships with clients independently
  • Experience within Facility Management, Co-working space operations, PropTech, Office Management or entrepreneurial experience is a plus
  • Strategic thinking with excellent people, project and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and experience in cross functional collaboration
