Hyre PropTech Recruitment are exclusively partnering with one of the UK’s fastest growing proptech companies who provide a transactional marketplace to find solutions for homeowners, property managers and landlords.

Due to an extended period of rapid growth and expansion the company are seeking to appoint several experienced Business Development Managers who are results driven to come on board and spearhead business growth further.

Key accountabilities

  • Develop a profound and in-depth knowledge of proptech specifically around the areas of commercial spaces to grow customer acquisition levels and boost profitability
  • Present, promote and sell the company’s products/services using solid sales tactics to prospective customers
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, social media and other appropriate channels
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements

Criteria

Experience

  • Knowledge of the proptech, property, commercial real estate or facilities management sector is essential
  • Previous demonstrable success within sales at C level
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Ability to generate own leads and pipeline
  • Ability to convert leads into sales

Benefits

Package and additional

  • Salary: £40k – £60k + Bonus and benefits package
  • Holidays: 23 days flexible holidays per annum + stat bank holidays
  • Hours: Flexible working required however the company generally run a 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday working week
  • Location: Central London
