Our product vastly improves the process of finding land to build new homes on, and it’s loved by hundreds of experienced property
developers as well as a range of people who are new to the industry.
We are a growing team and looking for bright and warm individuals who can build on the firm foundations we have put in place.
About your mission
You will be passionate about exceeding your monthly and quarterly renewal targets. You will work closely with the sales manager
and head of sales to devise and develop uplift and retention strategies, focusing on customer and user acquisition, activation,
retention, and upsell.
You will want to help us make a big business and own part of it. You will have a minimum of two years account management
experience and at least two years experience in the property industry. You will be a competent and smart negotiator able to get the
most from the deal, but do so in an ethical and integral way that also preserves and enhances the long term customer relationship.
Managings all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers, you will build relationships and understand customer
business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while
aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers using your product
knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers
You will be responsible for increasing the overall sales and revenue targets by creating strong customer relationships and new
customer partnerships with current and future clients/customers.
