Lean Construction: Delivering greater efficiency and enhanced performance

Lean Construction focusses on helping teams operating in the built environment to enhance performance by identifying and eliminating waste throughout the whole life cycle of the process, enabling them to deliver improved performance and programme certainty against key project objectives including quality, cost, delivery, H&S and environmental performance.

This event will provide delegates with the opportunity to understand the key principles of Lean Construction, how to start or further the Lean journey and will also provide real ‘live’ project and organisational case studies where Lean has been applied to improve collaboration, team, task and project performance.
