This is a series of events for women working in the tech sector, although the events are not exclusive to women and everyone is welcome.
- At this event we will be focusing our discussions on how to encourage the next tech cohort who have a large amount of interest and potential in the industry but are prevented from pursuing this interest further by what they perceive to be social barriers (such as gender, socio economic status and education). We will explore what our speakers think can be done to overcome some of these barriers
- As usual we will be hearing from our speakers about how they became inspiring women in technology, and the challenges and opportunities they have faced
- There will also be chance to ask some questions at the end of the event and discuss the topics raised with other attendees
