Stephen has been with First Ark Group as Group Director for Development and Lettings for over 5 years. He is responsible for the delivery of the Group’s Development Arm, Oriel Living, and for the delivery of an ambitious programme of building and selling over 1,000 homes in the next 5 years. Previously Stephen worked on Housing Market Renewal Programmes, as Assistant Head of Housing Renewal for Liverpool City Council, and in the private sector advising clients on the master planning, development viability and partnerships involved in delivering housing-led regeneration across the North.
