Join Hill Dickinson for a seminar which has been designed to demystify the process of dealing with a RICS disciplinary investigation and prosecution.
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors routinely prosecutes surveyors for a variety of alleged breaches of its professional rules. The process can be frightening and disconcerting. Surveyors often do not know what is happening or, if they believe the prosecution is unjust, where to turn. This seminar is designed to demystify the process and explain the whys and wherefores of dealing with the RICS as prosecutor and explain aspects of a successful defence.
- Paul Housego, independent chair of conduct and appeals at RICS 2013-2016
- Marc Beaumont of Windsor Chambers who has successfully defended many defendants before the RICS (as well as other) disciplinary panels
- Mark Weston, a partner at Hill Dickinson who has successfully defended, and supported, clients who have found themselves on the sharp end of a RICS prosecution
