Company Overview

Cobalt is delighted to be working alongside a renowned multinational entity within the Commercial Real Estate market, operating across the whole of Europe. Due to huge investment in the sector which has seen the business grow substantially over the past 12 months, they are looking for a hands-on Yardi Voyager Systems Trainer to help support the growth of the business.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop a training strategy for use across the business, focused on delivering business and system processes
• Work closely with the Tech, internal property management, and other finance teams to develop training documentation on Yardi
• Support the implementation of a training platform that can be used for self-service
• Provide on-site business process and system training to dedicated asset management and external property management users
• Maintain training register and feedback logs
• Provide regular updates with key stakeholders across the business

Role Requirements

• Must have experience working within the Commercial Real Estate Sector
• You will have had experience working with Yardi Voyager, Tramps, MRI Horizon, Bluebox, Propman
• Be a hands-on individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Be confident when working and presenting findings to other internal teams within the business
• Ability to confidently hold training sessions across jurisdictions and manage the room
